• I am writing to express my sincere thanks on the way in which your company completed the construction of my summer house. It was completed well within the time scale we agreed to when I took the contract out with you.
  
  Your construction team were exemplary in the way they conducted themselves on site and the way each night left the site clean and tidy, devoid of any unused building material not used during the day. The team answered all my questions appertaining to its construction and were courteous to me at all times. They informed me of the times they would be on and off the site, which was of great help to me and secured my property, if I was not present when they left.
  
  The result is a building that it will be impossible to find faults with. The standard of design and construction is in my opinion of the highest standard (as you promised). I would recommend your product to anyone who requires a very high standard building at a very competitive cost. I am at last able to enjoy sitting in it with a glass of red wine watching the flowers grow in my garden, and see the cloud formations at the same time. Just what retirement is all about, thank you again.

• From the start of our conservatory to the finish the service was nothing short of outstanding. A very fair and honest company!
  
  Doug was very helpful with the initial survey and recommendations. All of his workers were very polite and dealt with any of our concerns in a very professional manner. This company has made our home feel very cosy, I was lucky enough to watch all the work stage by stage, and can honestly say, the standard of craftsmanship and quality of work was amazing to watch... I even changed my mind halfway through the build and they still delivered 100%!

• You have recently completed fitting 5 Masterframe sliding sash windows and 2 fixed frame windows in our cottage.
  
  We wanted the new windows to be as close a style to the old (but rather rotten) wooden box sash windows as was possible and especially to preserve the architrave appearance on the inside. Additionally we were concerned about the amount of making good and redecoration that would be required following installation. You convinced us that all our concerns and misgivings would be solved, whereas other companies that we had received quotes from were not as forthcoming in their assurances.
  
  We spent some days after the fitting looking at the windows but now we have started to look through them as they look so in keeping with the cottage. There was only a minimal amount of decoration touching up to be done afterwards and the two window fitters were exemplary in their skill, understanding, tidiness and behaviour.
  
  We are thoroughly delighted with the windows and the service we have received from your company and staff. We would happily recommend you to others wishing to fit Masterframe windows.
